聚焦产业带动，注重长效脱贫“以前这些农产品家家户户都有，只是山高路远没销路，没想到现在可以卖个好价钱了”几位村民开心地告诉记者2016年12月，驻村工作队根据石福村的存量资源状况，明确要在产业帮扶方面狠下功夫，经多方调研后成立“石福乡土”农民种养专业合作社，创立“石福优品”品牌，拨付近30万元购买鸡猪苗及饲料、蔬菜种植等农资，帮扶有能力的贫困户发展种养产业

同时，驻村工作队加强产销对接，在登云镇、龙川县城、深圳及各个电子商务平台开设扶贫产品营销点经过近两年的运营，合作社通过销售小黄牛、土猪、土鸡、柚子、番薯、蔬菜等农产品，2018年销售收入超过200万元，经营净利润33万元，快速增加了贫困户的收入

实际上，范德志一直把扶贫着力点放在“造血”上，打开贫困群众的心门，让贫困户能主动跟上工作队步伐，形成“我要脱贫”的共识；提升基层组织战斗力，让村委摆正位置、担当起脱贫主体责任；通过产业扶贫提高致富能力，实现稳定长效脱贫……经过近三年努力，范德志全力推进石福村建设基础设施项目多达21项，其中包括危桥维修、村内主道修缮、垃圾收集、村卫生医疗室搬迁和简易修缮、村文体活动广场建设、安全饮用水工程建设、村道亮化工程建设、石福小学修缮和购置教学设施等，全方位、多渠道地助推石福村脱贫奔康，将扶贫资金、资源用在“刀刃”上，走出一条符合当地实际的特色致富路

范德志说，他父亲年轻时也在贵州黔南自治州贵定县农村里待过，对农村很有感情2018年6月1日，父亲专程从河南老家来到石福村，还在微信朋友圈里发了父子俩在村委楼前的合照七岁的女儿现在也嚷嚷长大了要来村里支教，“我觉得这在某种意义上也算是一种传承吧”
