９月３日—４日，盐田港集团召开“十四五”规划研讨会，深入探讨未来五年集团战略发展方向，为集团实现跨越式发展凝聚思想、智慧和共识集团领导班子、总部各部室及二级企业负责人参加了会议会上，集团高管及各部门、各单位负责人对集团“十四五”规划进行了充分的讨论，并对规划的总体目标、思路及实施路径等进行建言献策

会议就集团未来五年的发展思路达成一致意见，并结合落实“港、区、城”一体化布局，对经济形势进行深入研判，提出了“打造涉海综合经济体”的总体目标刘南安总裁要求，各二级企业要高度重视集团“十四五”规划的编制和落实工作，共同努力实现“十四五”期末集团主要经营指标翻番的目标
