7月31日，肇庆市副市长唐小兵一行到访“17+1”国家馆，与集团总裁刘南安、副总裁王彦就综合保税区及港口规划建设相关事宜进行交流研讨集团投资发展部、物流公司相关负责人参加会议会上，物流公司介绍了盐田综合保税区的经营发展情况

刘南安表示，肇庆地处西江流域，有良好的水运条件，在粤港澳大湾区拥有独特的区位优势盐田港集团在开发内河港口方面积累了丰富经验，形成了“一城一港一主体”的开发模式，希望双方在未来进一步拓展合作空间，共同实现高质量发展
