8月15日，深圳梅沙海关在盐田港现代物流中心“16+1”中东欧国家馆召开盐田综合保税区（以下简称盐田综保区）分类监管互转模式宣讲会，园区内的盐田港物流、新兴物流、海格物流等企业代表参加了会议近期，梅沙海关根据国务院出台的《关于促进综合保税区高水平开放高质量发展的若干意见》的具体要求，结合盐田综保区内企业的实际诉求，采纳了盐田港物流公司提出的“仓储货物按状态分类监管”保税与非保税货物账册互转模式，制定了《仓储货物按状态分类监管企业办事指引》（以下简称《办事指引》）

“仓储货物按状态分类监管”账册互转模式，简化了过闸的操作流程、降低了装卸和运输成本、实现了“一仓两库”功能会上，梅沙海关为各参会企业详细解读了《办事指引》，现场为企业代表答疑解惑，同时批准了包括盐田港物流公司在内的4家公司作为试点企业
