为提升中层管理人员战略执行、跨团队沟通及情境领导能力，8月8日至9日，盐田港集团组织开展了为期两天的新提拔中层干部领导力提升培训，集团董事长孙波、党委副书记王沛航出席了活动并讲话集团系统40余名中层管理人员参加了培训

孙波在开班仪式上表示，中层管理人员作为集团发展的中坚力量，在向前奔跑中应记得停下来思考，带着思考逐步推进工作的落实

他强调，领导干部要把学习当作一个持续的过程，始终保持认真学习的态度，培养良好的学习习惯在培训中要保持归零和开放的心态，回归学习本源，抓住机会深入交流，碰撞思想本次培训采取学员随机分组进行沙盘模拟演练的形式，开展基于MBO目标管理理论的战略制订、关键目标分解与考核、人才的配备与激励等内容的学习，在理论与实践的交融中加深对目标管理中“构建目标共识，实现自我驱动”两大核心的认识

在结业仪式上，王沛航对学员们提出了三点希望：一是加强学习，常怀“空杯”心态，做到厚积薄发；二是加强实践，在实践进行内化吸收，不断提升领导能力；三是加强交流，开放协同，凝聚共识，形成合力，再创辉煌
