此次全国模范劳动关系和谐企业与工业园区评选表彰工作由人力资源社会保障部、全国总工会、中国企业联合会/中国企业家协会和全国工商联共同开展，共表彰全国模范劳动关系和谐工业园区50个、全国模范劳动关系和谐企业350家

评优标准涵盖全面实行劳动合同制度、依法保障职工劳动报酬、休息休假、社会保险权益等八个方面盐田区委书记陈清作为领奖代表在表彰会上作了“区港联动创和谐，协商协调促共享”的主题发言

近年来，盐田港区以省市共建盐田区和谐劳动关系综合试验区为契机，不断加强区港联动，突出党建引领，积极建立完善政府、工会、企业共同参与的协商协调机制，在促进企业快速发展的同时有效维护了职工合法权益
