结合集团2019年“安全生产月”活动开展有关情况，孙波从三个方面进行授课：一是要提高安全生产工作站位，加强安全生产宣传教育，把席大大总书记关于安全生产的重要思想坚决贯彻到各项工作中；二是要全面分析集团所面临的安全生产形势,高度重视集团在安全生产、职业健康和维稳工作等方面所肩负的重要职责；三是要深入解析近期安全工作重点，督促全体干部职工同心协力做好全年的安全生产工作

他强调，目前安全生产形势依然严峻，要继续强化安全生产“红线”和“底线”意识，坚决消除麻痹侥幸心理，坚决堵住安全生产漏洞，确保安全生产形势持续稳定向好下一步，集团将陆续开展安全生产专题警示教育培训、安全生产知识竞赛、防台实战盲演等“安全生产月”系列活动
