STX造船与城东造船或将合并

据韩媒报道,韩国中型船企STX海洋造船城东造船或将合并作为两家船企的债权人,韩国进出口银行和韩国产业银行(KDB)正在协商合并的可能性去年8月曾有消息称,韩国政府计划合并STX海洋造船城东造船,并开会讨论合并事项

According to Korean media reports, South Korean medium-sized shipbuilding enterprises STX ocean shipbuilding and Chengdong shipbuilding may merge as creditors of the two shipbuilding enterprises. The Export Import Bank of Korea and the Korea Industrial Bank (KDB) are negotiating the possibility of merger. The South Korean government plans to streamline and merge the two shipyards according to the survey results.
