其中，雨水回收分为渗透和收集回用两部分，通过绿地下渗和透水铺装等渗透措施降低地表径流，同时利用室外设置下凹绿地和雨水回收系统将雨水收集起来，供平时的绿化浇洒和车库冲洗使用项目共有２套雨水回收系统，模块雨水收集池容积分别为１４４立方米与１０４立方米，年径流控制率达７０．１％，满足海绵城市建设的要求
