11月20日，集团2020年管培生入职训练营举行结班仪式，16名朝气蓬勃的管培生分配至集团各部室、各企业，开展为期一年的轮岗培养此举意味着集团2020年管培生人才培养项目正式实施据悉，管培生人才培养项目，是集团在创新人才培养方式、加强人才梯队建设方面的积极探索，对于建设专业化、年龄结构合理化的高素质人才队伍具有重要意义

本次招聘的管培生共有16人，平均年龄23.7岁，均为2020年应届毕业生，其中硕士研究生9人、本科生7人，专业涉及金融、财务、法学、航运、工程等方向管培生到岗后，由集团制定专门方案进行入职培训、轮岗锻炼、技能提升等多种形式的培养，并定期考核评估，培养期满后开展双向选择

在训练营结班仪式上，集团党委副书记钟珊群表示，集团高度重视后备人才培养和人才梯队建设，管培生项目是集团今年人力资源优化配置的重要举措之一管培生们要把个人职业规划融入集团的发展中，深入基层，到“能听到炮火”的地方磨砺，不断提高自身能力，在助力企业发展的同时实现个人理想
